So today we take a look at a first for me, we look at an own brand supermarket beer from the coop. It came in a 500ml bottle with an APV of 4.5%. This is brewed in Stockport by Robinson’s for coop and is amber in colour with half a finger head. This is where this beer starts to disappoint, nothing in the nose and nothing in the mouth except a slight taste of bitter. There is nothing to say about this beer. It’s not bad by any means but it’s so boring. It’s Reeks of brewing to a price point rather than trying to make a great beer and id rather have the the latter.
Today’s song is a perfect day by Lou Reed. Although it’s about drugs I think it sums up my day in the sun.
