Day 108: dirty pilsner by vocation brewery

today we take a look at a dirty pilsner from vocation brewery. What makes it dirty you ask? Well it’s a pilsner that has not been filtered. Comes in a white and orange can with with an APV of 6.5%. Golden in colour with a few bubbles on the top and no head. Looks very flat. I know this is meant to be unfiltered but it’s quite see through and not opaque. Thinks that may be more marketing than a actual term although it smells very dirty. I don’t mean off but far removed from the clean crispy smell one would associate with pilsner. There is a slight bitterness but one without the sharp point. Bitterness without the edges is how I’d describe it but not very appetising. One I’m going to avoid moving forward.
